Crafty
This has been a cool, but weird month. I've been really paying attention to my overall attitude toward music and life and it's been helpful. I feel like things are changing for the better. Funny how that works -- just shut up and listen.
As far as music goes, I've been listening to a lot of cool, strange acoustic music. I've also been messing around with altered tunings. Switchin' up what I'm used to has been refreshing. Busting out of the rut. I'm working on Preston Reed's "Fat Boy" now. The tuning is C-G-D-G-G-D. Definitely different, but funky and cool. Preston Reed is worth checking out.
I'm also feeling the pull of Guitar Craft. I have known about it for a while and I keep coming back to it. I've only now started to really explore it and it seems like the right time. I'm psyched. Keep playing...
